‘Alvin and the Chipmunks: The Road Chip’ Trailer Released

The Alvin and the Chipmunks live-action movies may not be huge critical successes, but they have done quite well at the box office. Case in point, the third instalment in the franchise, Alvin and the Chipmunks: Chipwrecked, having taken in excess of $342 million at the worldwide box office (back in 2011).

Usually released to coincide with the holiday season (except for us since we have the Metro Manila Film Festival), it is no surprise that these movies are popular with families and young kids, who seemingly never tire of the high-pitched singing rodents. Just as well, really, since the fourth Alvin and the Chipmunks installment has just released its first trailer.
