TRAINWRECK (2015) Review

It’s Bridesmaids meets Never Been Kissed, although Amy is pretty much kissed more than we know in here. Trainwreck is a blast. A fun, sweet and honest film with tons of jaw-locking laughs from start to finish. It’s formulaic, yes but it is a cleverly written story that doesn’t fall short on talent and charm, going through relatable situations in a fun and sometimes wild way. It’s likely that you don’t know the stars of the film but it’s highly unlikely that you would not enjoy the film.

Judd Apatow and Amy Schumer makes an extremely satisfying romantic comedy. It’s fresh and has a lot of heart and maybe time (could’ve been shorter) that it’s hard not to be delighted to its story and characters. You’d actually feel better watching these actors though not as charismatic and physically attractive as the usual stars we see in romantic comedies. Schumer and Hader gives a realistic take on having a relationship as an adult, and they’re portrayal looked as natural as it can be.
