‘Wicked: For Good’ Review: A sufficient conclusion

It’s hard to follow how big ‘Wicked’ (2024) is, visually and emotionally, how the talents of the lead stars presented in the first film are even harder to top. But ‘Wicked: For Good’ demonstrated sufficient drama, magic and music for the fans and non-fans to have their “wicked” ending.

Director Jon M. Chu, Cynthia Erivo and Ariana Grande are searching best Filipino duets for the “Awiting Wicked: For Good” competition

It’s time to grab your musical bestie and start practicing as “Wicked: For Good” director Jon M. Chu, Cynthia Erivo, and Ariana Grande are on the lookout for talented Filipinos to sing their version of the iconic “For Good” duet. In anticipation of “Wicked: For Good,” the sequel to last year’s musical phenomenon, Universal Pictures Philippines is doing an open call for duos to sing their best rendition of “For Good,” to be posted on TikTok starting September 15 until October 5. Three pairs of singers, handpicked by Chu, Erivo, and Grande, will be announced as winners on October 13.
