‘The Garden of Earthly Delights’, a new feature film directed by Morgan Knibbe, is set to make its highly anticipated run at this year’s QCinema International Film Festival, taking place from November 14th to 23rd.
‘Maria’ director Pedring Lopez is back with another action crime thriller ‘Shadow Transit,’ starring Hong Kong-born, US-raised and UK-based singer-songwriter and actress, Qymira, with Indonesian actor Yoshi Sudarso and Filipino-American rapper and actor KC Montero.
The inaugural RainbowQC Pride Film Festival, happening from June 25 to 27, 2025 at Gateway Cineplex 18, Gateway Mall 2 in Cubao, Quezon City, presents a compelling lineup of international and local films that reflect the richness and complexity of queer experiences. The festival is part of Quezon City’s official Pride Month celebration.
Now in its thirteenth year, QCinema offers a production grant of ₱500,000 for short films in the early stages of development. Selected films will premiere at the QCinema International Film Festival slated from November 2025.

For the first time, a short film program will kick off the QCinema International Film Festival. Now in its 12th edition, the festival will open with the Asian premiere of Directors’ Factory Philippines, an omnibus film project initiated by Cannes Directors’ Fortnight. The film debuted at the 77th Cannes Film Festival earlier this year.
