It’s less than a year before we see the much awaited sequel of the 2013 worldwide hit Pacific Rim titled Pacific Rim: Uprising. We all know that Del Toro will be stepping down on the director’s chair and Steven S. DeKnight will be taking over as his film directorial debut.
DeKnight is known for being a writer of some of the episode of Buffy The Vampire Slayer, producing the TV Series Spartacus and Smallville and directing an episode of Marvel and Netflix’s Daredevil.
The film stars John Boyega, Scott Eastwood, Cailee Spaeny and Jing Tian, with Rinko Kikuchi, Charlie Day, and Burn Gorman returning in their roles from the original film.
The latest update is we’ve got a new or rather an updated version of Gypsy Danger Jaeger, now called Gypsy Avenger.
