Plot: Based in Shinjuku, Ryo Saeba, a talented disposal shop “City Hunter” who solves various requests, and his partner, Kaori Makimura, are asked by a female video creator, Angie, to find an escaped cat. A request comes in. Meanwhile, Saeko Nogami of the Metropolitan Police Department, with the help of Umibozu and Miki, begins an investigation into the invention of the biotech company Zoltic. The invention is a terrifying thing that transforms soldiers on the battlefield into superhumans, and is the latest version of the “Angel Dust” that once devoured Ryo and killed her partner, Hideyuki Makimura.

When her duties send her to an anomalous wormhole linked to a Kree revolutionary, her powers become entangled with that of Jersey City super-fan Kamala Khan, aka Ms. Marvel, and Carol’s estranged niece, now S.A.B.E.R. astronaut Captain Monica Rambeau. Together, this unlikely trio must team up and learn to work in concert to save the universe as “The Marvels.” The film stars Brie Larson, Teyonah Parris, Iman Vellani, Samuel L. Jackson, Zawe Ashton and Park Seo-joon. Nia DaCosta directs, and Kevin Feige is the producer. Louis D’Esposito, Victoria Alonso, Mary Livanos and Matthew Jenkins serve as executive producers.
