Star Wars fans, mark your calendars: Season 2 of Lucasfilm’s Emmy® Award-winning series Ahsoka officially premieres on January 20, 2027, exclusively on Disney+ Philippines.
The announcement sent shockwaves through Anaheim during D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event, where series creator and Lucasfilm CCO Dave Filoni took the Honda Center stage alongside stars Rosario Dawson, Hayden Christensen, and Eman Esfandi to debut the season’s first teaser trailer and poster.
The High-Stakes Battle for the New Republic
Set in the delicate era following the fall of the Empire, Season 2 pushes Ahsoka Tano (Rosario Dawson) to confront the core of what it truly means to be a Jedi. The official storyline picks up with Ahsoka and her apprentice Sabine Wren stranded across a perilous, unknown world, desperately searching for a way home.
Back in the primary galaxy, their allies—Hera, Ezra, Zeb, and Chopper—must rally to face the looming threat of Grand Admiral Thrawn, whose sinister faction is actively plotting to plunge the vulnerable New Republic into full-scale galactic war.
