What started as a modest online business at the height of the pandemic has officially turned into one of the country’s most talked-about jewelry brands. Maddox Jewelry just marked a major milestone as it opened the doors to its newest showroom located at 1011 J.P. Rizal St., Concepcion Uno, Marikina City.
The launch brought out some of Philippine showbiz’s biggest names. Showbiz heavyweights—including Maricel Soriano, Jean Garcia, Aiai delas Alas, Claudine Barretto, Ara Mina, Kris Bernal, and Katherine Luna—turned up to celebrate with the brand. Adding a stylish twist to the evening, the celebrity guests took to the runway for an intimate fashion show, walking the floor and showing off Maddox Jewelry’s latest diamond creations and fine jewelry pieces.
During the event, Maddox Jewelry CEO Charo Cordial took a moment to look back on how far the brand has come.
“When I started Maddox during the pandemic, we were simply selling jewelry online. We never imagined those humble beginnings would bring us to where we are today,” Cordial said in her speech. “From online selling to our first showroom, and now to our newest showroom—we’re so excited for what’s ahead. This year, we’re bringing new spaces, new experiences, and of course, more beautiful pieces for you to enjoy. After our recent diamond gala fashion show, tonight is another exciting chapter in the Maddox journey.”
She capped off her speech with her usual cheerful note: “And as I always say, another day, another diamond!”
