Terminator: Genisys (2015) Review
2.5/5
Average Hollywood popcorn flick. Terminator Genisys invests too much on the big action sequences the story could offer but it forgets to carefully write other and better (but anticlimactic) options the film could have gone. There’s a lot of time-travelling sequences that only worsens how these characters’ intelligence supposed to be.
The film feels tired. It keeps going and running the wrong direction for the film to get bigger not better. The actors are not a problem here, though. From Schwarzenegger to Clarke and Courtney and Clarke, they manage to make things thrilling as they could.
Terminator: Genisys is now showing distributed by United International Pictures through Columbia Pictures. Rated PG. Also in 3D, 3D/4Dx and IMAX 3D.
