After months of waiting, Joshua Garcia and Julia Barretto are back on the big screen via “I Love You, Hater.” Joining the two celebrated young stars is the queen of all media herself, Ms. Kris Aquino.

The film tells the story of Joko (Joshua Garcia), a boy trying to help his family survive, and Zoey (Julia Barretto), a girl hoping to prove herself to the world. Opportunity rises when Sasha (Kris Aquino) is looking to hire a new personal assistant. Just one catch – they have to compete against each other! Will their own goals prevail, or will they set aside their differences and find true happiness and love in the end?
The film is directed by Giselle Andres (Loving in Tandem).
“I Love You, Hater” opens in Philippine cinemas on July 11, 2018 from Star Cinema.
