One of the beloved animated movie franchise has come to its end.
It has been an almost a decade since DreamWorks Animations have released the first How to Train Your Dragon movie. And it was groundbreaking, at least for the animation studio. The audience were taken to a new adventure, with breathtaking visuals and 3D gimmicks and a story that captured the hearts of viewers worldwide.
Now, How to Train Your Dragon: The Hidden World, the last of its franchise (at least for now), takes its bittersweet goodbye. Yes, its finale feels bigger than ever, and is definitely a fitting conclusion that’s both visually entertaining and emotionally satisfying.
At one point, you kinda feel like you are really saying goodbye to Hiccup and Toothless. It’s an overwhelming feeling to see the end of a great adventure that took me to a roller coaster ride for 9 years.
I love how the film ended with hope for the future. Not just the story of Hiccup and Toothless but also for the franchise. It’s fun and heartwarming, and I’m happy to witness the beginning until the end of this wonderful franchise.
