During the media conference for the upcoming movie Caught in the Act, actors Andi Abaya, Joaquin Domagoso, Bamboo B., Jhassy Busran, Alvin Barcelona, Aio Barcelona, and director Perry Escano, talked about the film’s official soundtrack and how they get to act and sing original songs in and for the movie.
When asked which of the songs are her favorite and to whom she dedicates it to, Andi shares, āI love both of my songs, equal āyung pagmamahal ko for āTanging Hilingā and ā Nariyan Ka Lang Pala,ā mapanakit kasi āyung songs ko so hindi ko siya ide-dedicate kahit kanino.ā
Just knowing the titles, you can identify that these songs are quite emotional. It’s understandable the young actress wouldn’t want to dedicate them to anyone.
Doing the movie and the soundtrack, how can she describe her working relationship with Joaquin Domagoso?
“Joaquinās really professional and Ive said this before, until now, I can say heās super humble. Kahit na heās been in the industry longer, and weāre new artists, sobrang pag-welcome niya sa set knowing na first time ko as a leading actress and first time ng mga kasama namin. Nandun siya for us para tulungan, para i-guide and sobrang bait niya, sobrang galang niya hindi lang sa amin pati sa buong production ng Caught in the Act.”
You can sense the respect for co-actors between Andi and Joaquin Domagoso in her answer.
