Probably the first thing that’s required in starring in a Vivamax movie or series is the looks. Whether we like it or not, people look for the physical stuff especially the medium or form of art is more on the visual side.

But having to star in Vivamax projects and managing your own business, how does Ayah Alfonso do it gracefully?
“Sa business ko po kapag wala akong work, nandito (Monster Crave bar in Caloocan City) ako. Everyday, may nagse-send ng reports sa akin, nandiyan din ang kapatid ko and partner niya na COO ng bar. Kampante ako na kapag wala ako dito sa shooting, may nagbabantay. So nama-manage namin siya nang maayos,” answers Ayah.
How did Ayah enter acting via Vivamax?
“2016 ako nag-start mag-model. Nagvi-VTR po ako, nakilala po ako sa Mang Inasal. Then sunod-sunod na po from PC Collection, Avon, then nag-FHM ako and dun sumikat ang pangalan ko. After nu’n, nag-casting ako sa Batang Quiapo, La Luna Sanggre. Tapos last year, ayaw ko sana pasukin ang pagpapa-sexy, pero sabi ko siguro ito na lang ang hindi ko nagagawa. Nakilala nila si Ayah Alfonso bilang isang wholesome na tao. ‘Yung projects ko before more on young mom, young entrepreneur, puro ganun ang mga roles sa commercial. Tapos sabi ko, if ever man may chance na maging sexy actress, papasukin ko kasi challenge siya bilang hindi ko pa nagagawa,” Ayah shares.
Ayah can be seen via the Vivamax movie ‘Eks’ with Felix Roco and Yen Durano and Himas which will arrive in the streaming app on May 31.
