In ‘Paquil,’ Beauty plays Christine – a former film actress once celebrated for her talent, she faces a critical turning point in her life. After a series of career setbacks and a devastating diagnosis, she returns to her hometown of Pakil, where she reconnects with her roots and the long-lost art of Komedya, a traditional performance unique to her culture.
