Gary V Brings ‘Pure Energy’ Home to Music Museum for 10 Intimate Nights this October 2026

MANILA, PHILIPPINES — Some stages transcend their status as mere venues to become an indelible part of an artist’s personal history. For Gary Valenciano, the iconic Music Museum stands as one of those sacred spaces.

This October 2026, Gary makes a triumphant return with “Back At The Museum,” a 10-night concert series designed to bring audiences face-to-face with his music, testimony, and signature electrifying energy in the very setting that hosted so many defining chapters of his extraordinary career.

The shows will run on all Thursdays and Saturdays throughout October: October 1, 3, 8, 10, 15, 17, 22, 24, 29, and 31.

This 2026 engagement carries monumental meaning as a centerpiece event for the 40th anniversary of Manila Genesis Entertainment and Management Inc., the company that has walked alongside Gary throughout his lifelong creative journey. Prior to this engagement, Gary has commanded the Music Museum stage for a total of 103 shows—a testament to an enduring partnership rooted in music, hard work, continuous reinvention, and an unwavering pursuit of excellence.

Yet beyond these impressive milestones lies a foundation Gary considers far greater than statistics. Throughout his storied career, his faith in God has served as his constant anchor, shaping how he approaches his art, his life purpose, and the inevitable trial that comes with living in the public eye. For Gary, the opportunity to keep creating, performing, and touching lives after more than four decades is a reflection of God’s grace—and his driver to keep delivering his absolute best.

That same spirit fuels “Back At The Museum.”

In contrast to the vast arenas that have hosted some of his grandest productions, Music Museum offers the rare gift of close proximity. With fewer physical barriers between artist and audience, every lyric feels more immediate, every story carries deeper personal weight, and every spontaneous moment becomes a shared experience for the whole room.

Following the acclaimed 2023 staging of “Back At The Museum,” this brand-new edition arrives at another pivotal juncture in Gary’s career. His six-show arena run, “Pure Energy: One Last Time,” closed the chapter on massive solo arena shows, but it far from signaled the end of his live performances. He subsequently took his music across Australia, New Zealand, and the United States, connecting with global Filipino communities through shows packed with entertainment, encouragement, and spiritual inspiration.

His artistic footprint has expanded across multiple mediums as well. Gary recently recorded a fresh, Homer Flores-arranged rendition of his legendary track “Babalik Ka Rin” for Sendwave, injecting new emotional depth into an anthem deeply cherished by generations of Overseas Filipinos. He has also entered the digital broadcast space with his iHeartRadio podcast Unshaken With Gary V, holding candid conversations with icons like Martin Nievera, Toni Gonzaga, Michael V, Coco Martin, Julia Montes, Kim Atienza, Paolo Valenciano, Gab Valenciano, Kiana Valenciano, and former Chief Justice CJ Sereno.

His structural impact on Philippine music culture was recently honored by the National Commission for Culture and the Arts through the prestigious SUDI National Music Awards, celebrating creators who have left a permanent mark on the nation’s heritage.

Together, these achievements paint a picture far richer than simple longevity. They showcase an artist who actively challenges himself, embraces modern avenues of connection, and creates with the exact same fire that started his career over forty years ago.

Now, that path leads back home to Music Museum.

Directed by Paolo Valenciano with musical direction by Mon Faustino, “Back At The Museum” guarantees 10 evenings where the magic stems not from arena-sized production, but from the raw intimacy of experiencing Gary V up close. Adding a unique dynamic to this run, singer-songwriter Kakie (formerly known as Frankie Pangilinan) will join Gary as a featured special guest.

The iconic songs, the stories, the legendary movement, and the unmatched Pure Energy will all be there—but above all, the heart of the show remains connection. After more than four decades, Gary Valenciano proves that true artistic excellence is not measured solely by how far you have traveled, but by your willingness to keep giving your best, staying grounded in your purpose, and using your gifts to lift others up.

“Back At The Museum” is organized for the benefit of the Shining Light Foundation.
