Mischa Barton Follows Kidnapper’s Rules in ‘Operator’

Mischa Barton (Notting Hill, The Sixth Sense) stars as Pamela Miller, a veteran 911 call center operator and an estranged wife to Jeremy (Luke Gross, Hellboy II, Blade II) in the action-thriller Operator.

Amariah and Obin Olson co-direct the film with Timothy Woodward Jr and produce through their production company, Brothers Olson. Dwain Worrell, the brothers and Anthony Feole co-wrote the screenplay.

Ving Rames (Mission: Impossible) rounds out the key cast.

When a veteran 911 call center Operator’s daughter is held hostage, she’s left desperate with no choice but to follow a caller’s rules; send a message through dispatch for all Los Angeles police and fire units to scatter to remote destinations where they are met with chaos; cars crashing, explosions, and gunfire.
