Screened first at the screening of Batch ’81, the closing film of the QCinema International Film Festival. The second teaser of Mike de Leon’s Citizen Jake is released and can be viewed below:
The teaser reveals Atom as Jake Herrera, a 34-year old journalist who is against all odds in spreading the truth even if it affects his family. It also showcased its star-studded cast including Cherie Gil, Dina Bonnevie, Luis Alandy, Gabby Eigenmann, Max Collins, Teroy Guzman, Nonie Buencamino.
“Citizen Jake” is reportedly being submitted as a finished film at the 42nd Metro Manila Film Festival.
