Hyperthymesia is a condition that leads people to be able to remember an abnormally large number of their life experiences in vivid detail.
This is the case of Jerome Ponce’s character in the upcoming romance film ‘Finding You.’
You know, a memory can be a happy one, but it can also be a sad and painful one. So, having remembered everything vividly including the ups and downs of your life, is it a curse or a blessing? The cast and director of Finding You share how they feel about this:
“For me, gagawin ko siyang strength ko para maging mas masaya araw-araw.” – writer and director Easy Ferrer.
– Jane Oineza
– Barbie Imperial.
Read books all the time, hour by hour, day by day. Enjoy ko na lang ‘yung life, kasi that’s life. – Jerome Ponce.
So, what the team of ‘Finding You’ wants to say, is that, we have to accept what’s given to us as it is. We have to find a better use for the gift or curse that is given to us. We always have a choice, anyway. Choose to be better and to find happiness in every decision we make.
‘Finding You’ opens in cinemas May 29, 2019 from Regal Entertainment, Inc. The film stars Jerome Ponce, Jane Oineza, Barbie Imperial, Jon Lucas, Kate Alejandrino, Claire Ruiz, Paeng Sudayan with Lui Manansala, Menggie Cobarrubias, Francis Mata and Rob Sy. Written and directed by Easy Ferrer.
