Official Entries to the Metro Manila Film Festival 2020 Revealed

November 24, 2020. Globe via Upstream and GMovies with MMDA announced the official 10 entries for the Metro Manila Film Festival 2020:

1. Magikland
2. Coming Home
3. The Missing
4. Tagpuan
5. Isa Pang Bahaghari
6. Suarez: The Healing Priest
7. Mang Kepweng: Ang Lihim ng Bandanang Itim
8. Pakboys
9. The Boy Foretold by the Stars
10. Fan Girl

Magikland is a fantasy adventure film starring Miggs Cuaderno, Elijah Alejo, Princess Aguilar and Joshua Eugenio. Directed by Christian Acuna.

Coming Home is a family drama movie starring Sylvia Sanchez and Jinggoy Estrada, with Martin del Rosario, Edgar Allan Guzman, Shaira Diaz, Jake Ejercito, Julian Estrada and Ariella Arrida. Directed by Adolf Alix, Jr.

The Missing is a horror thriller movie shot in Japan starring Ritz Azul, Joseph Marco and Miles Ocampo. Directed by Easy Ferrer.

Tagpuan is a romance drama film starring Alfred Vargas, Shaina Magdayao and Iza Calzado. Directed by MacArthur Alejandre.

Isa Pang Bahaghari is a LGBT-themed family drama starring Nora Aunor, Philip Salvador, Michael de Mesa, Zanjoe Marudo, Sanya Lopez, Joseph Marco, Maris Racal and Albie Casino. Directed by Joel Lamangan.

Suarez: The Healing Priest is a biographical drama film starring John Arcilla, Allan Paule, Alice Dixson, Gina Pareno, Jin Macapagal and Leo Martinez. Directed by Joven Tan.

Mang Kepweng: Ang Lihim ng Bandanang Itim is an action, fantasy, horror-comedy film starring Vhong Navarro, Benjie Paras, Ritz Azul, Ion Perez, Fumiya Sankai, Yamyam Gucong. Directed by Topel Lee.

Pakboys is a comedy movie starring Janno Gibbs, Dennis Padilla, Andrew E. and Jerlad Napoles. Directed by Al Tantay.

The Boy Foretold by the Stars is a coming of age LGBT romance comedy starring Adrian Lindayag and Kenn Johnson. Directed by Dolly Dulu.

Fan Girl is a coming of age drama starring Paulo Avelino and Charlie Dizon. Directed by Antoinette Jadaone.
