Sports and fitness idol Eric “Eruption” Tai teams up with “The Running Man” movie – shares his own tips on how to be Running Man ready

In The Running Man, based on the novel by Stephen King and directed by Edgar Wright, Glen Powell plays Ben Richards, a working-class father who is forced to join a televised, deadly competition called The Running Man – in which no one has survived – in order to save his very sick daughter. To help his chances of survival, Richards has to be in the best shape of his life.

On the local front, Eric “Eruption” Tai weighs in on how to be Running Man ready in the clip below. “You don’t have to be hunted by professional assassins to get ‘Running Man’ ready,” said Tai. “But if you want to crush a marathon, play in a basketball tournament, rock an adventure race or sport, or just to be able to keep up with any challenge coming your way, you need to train and prepare well.”
