The long wait is over! Alex Calleja has a new Netflix Comedy Special!
Following the massive success of ‘Tamang Panahon’—which debuted on February 7, 2025,and became the first Filipino stand-up special to reach No. 1 on Netflix Philippines, holding the top spot for nine days and remaining in the Top 10 for over a month— Alex has a new special on the platform which he titled, ‘Past is Past.’ On the next day after its premiere on March 19, Alex’s latest quickly rose to the number one spot among the Top TV Shows on Netflix Philippines.
The stand-up comic was very thankful that the audience embraced ‘Past is Past’ and made it a hit right away. Alex wrote on Facebook, “Salamat po sa suporta! Akala ko this time mahirap na maulit ang maging Number 1 dahil may One Piece at may BTS. Pero alam ko kapag gumawa ka ng maayos na produkto at sa tulong ng Panginoon, lahat posible.
