The thrills, tension and mysteries used in the film could have been more but it’s still satisfying for what it was. Z For Zachariah is simple and at times dull but when it gets to its complication, the tension rises and so does your interest. You tend to also be part of how the three main characters are going to play with each other, who’s who and what’s going to happen. The thematic questions being played gets to be personal and insightful that it puts more tension and mystery to its characters at the same time.
