Disney+ gave demigods a thrilling first look at the highly anticipated third season of Percy Jackson and the Olympians during the Disney Entertainment Showcase at D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event. The Honda Center stage lit up in an entrance fit for the gods, featuring an army of Artemis’s hunters who ushered out series star Walker Scobell. He was joined by surprise guest stars Ming-Na Wen, who steps into the role of Hera, and Andra Day as Athena, to unveil the official teaser trailer ahead of the show’s November 20 premiere.
The newly released teaser trailer offers a preview of the growing Titan threat, darker trials, and a first look at new mythological figures. This chapter marks the first-time screen adaptation of Rick Riordan’s bestselling third novel, The Titan’s Curse. The story ramps up the urgency as Percy embarks on a relentless quest to find a missing Annabeth while wrestling with the looming Great Prophecy from the Oracle of Delphi, which dictates that a child of the Big Three will either save Olympus or bring it crashing into total ruin.
Created by Rick Riordan and Jonathan E. Steinberg, the upcoming season promises to be larger in scale, darker, and charged with higher consequences than ever before. Walker Scobell returns alongside core cast members Leah Sava Jeffries, Aryan Simhadri, and Charlie Bushnell, joined by Tamara Smart and Levi Chrisopulos.
Fans can stream the first two seasons of Percy Jackson and the Olympians on Disney+ now to catch up before Season 3 debuts on November 20.
