“Bliss” Gets R-18 Without Cuts on Second Review by the MTRCB

After the noise it made for getting an “X” rating on its first MTRCB review, Jerrold Tarog’s psychological thriller “Bliss” gets an R-18 rating on its second review. Which means, it can now be exhibited in Philippine cinemas for adults age 18 and above.
