Thunderbolts* (2025) Review: A Heartfelt Marvel Adventure

‘Thunderbolts*’ is an exciting addition to the Marvel Cinematic Universe. It’s fresh, but at the same time, it didn’t need to be different. Just good storytelling with characters that are relatable and fun to watch. And of course, big, action-packed scenes.

There are resemblances in Mufasa and the The Lion King but Barry Jenkins made it feel like a companion film to the original with breathtaking visuals and a heartwarming story. ‘Uninvited’ delivers what is promised – a suspenseful story of revenge with performances unlike anything from its cast, led by Vilma Santos. It’s not perfect, having a non-linear story makes the first half of the film a bit rocky. But nevertheless, it didn’t affect its thrilling climax.

‘My Future You’ Review: Finding the right connection

The film works on familiar themes and formula but it was executed in the sincerest way possible. Sweetness and warmth cover the entirety of the film not just because of the romance angle between the two but also because of each of the characters relationship with their families. Francine Diaz and Seth Fedelin are perfect for their roles.
