“Big things come in small packages,” it’s The Ring meets Godzilla in 2017’s newest action adventure horror film “Gremlin.” From an original story, co-written and directed by Ryan Bellgardt, who also co-wrote and directed “Army of Frankensteins,” about an army of Frankensteins from different parallel universe sent back in time to the Civil War. He won an Arts/Entertainment Program/Special Emmy in 2011.
In the film, a man (Adam Hampton) receives a mysterious box containing a terrible secret, a creature that will kill everyone else in his family unless he passes it on to someone he loves to continue its never-ending circulation. He can’t destroy it. He can’t escape it. He can only give it to someone he loves before it’s too late.
The action adventure monster film stars Adam Hampton (“The Unusual Calling of Charlie Christmas”), Kristy K. Boone (“Suedehead”), Catcher Stair (“The Foreverlands”), Katie Burgess (“Two Secrets”), Mike Waugh (“Army of Frankensteins”) and Caleb Milby (“Monday at 11:01 A.M.”).
