American actor Josh Brolin (Sicario, Men in Black 3) has been chosen to play adult son of the X-Man Cyclops (Scott Summers) and Madelyne Pryor (Jean Grey’s clone), and the half brother of Rachel Summers, from a possible future timeline, having been transported as an infant to the future, where he grew into a warrior, before returning to the present.
There is no denying that Brolin can do the character well, but there’s this impression that Hollywood can’t seem to find enough good actors to hire as Deadpool 2 isn’t just Josh Brolin’s appearance in a comic book movie. He’s also the actor who’ll play the big bad guy Thanos in Marvel Cinematic Universe’s Avengers: Infiinity War and the fourth Avengers movie.
But casting choice, it’s great and we cannot wait for Brolin to get into the character, costume and all! And interact with the one and only Merc with a mouth, Deadpool which Ryan Reynolds will reprise.
